Hello and Welcome to my blog! I am so very happy that you decided to stop by. I’m Candy H. Speight (pronounced SP8), Owner/Professional Organizer & Certified Christian Life Coach of Order Your Steps, LLC. In 2011, after 32 years in Corporate America, the Lord fulfilled my dream to start my own business,. As a professional organizer, for more than 10 years now, I’ve always wanted not only to organize various living spaces for my clients, which will always remain my passion, but to inspire, encourage, motivate, and empower women to be the best that they can be. As a certified life coach, I will walk alongside my clients as they:
- Realize their true purpose in life
- Strive to achieve clarity and focus of your mind
- Create an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and grace
- Discover and embrace “Life After Clutter”…
I am a member of the Faithful Organizers, an organization of Christian Professional Organizers. I also hold a Bachelor Degree in Applied Arts and Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
I am blessed with a wonderfully loving, hardworking husband (who supported my decision to retire in order to pursue my dream), a very grown son and two beautiful grown daughters .
I look forward to sharing my work life experiences and my gifts with all of you, in the hope of serving as a means of enlightenment to find order in your chaos, as we have the opportunity to work together, I hope real soon!

Congratulations! Life has truly been amazing! It will actually be 35 years in March of 2019.
