We are still in the midst of a Spiritual Shift—and I believe it is ongoing. It’s not always loud or dramatic. Often, it comes through subtle adjustments, quiet convictions, and gentle nudges from the Holy Spirit guiding us to align more closely with God’s will.
In moments of frustration, when it feels like we’ve hit a wall or no one is listening, the question arises: Am I truly doing the work? Am I being persistent, or am I stopping short when it gets uncomfortable? These are honest questions many of us wrestle with. Yet even in those moments, the Holy Spirit reminds us that the very tension we feel is evidence of our desire to fulfill the assignment God has given us.
Scripture reassures us that growth happens in the process. As Epistle of James 1:3 (AMP) reminds us, the testing of our faith produces endurance, leading to spiritual maturity and inner peace. Likewise, Epistle to the Hebrews 12:1 calls us to run with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus—the Author and Perfecter of our faith.
This season has made one thing clear: the “Holy Ghost downloads” are not random. Every instruction, every prompting, every inspired idea carries purpose. That revelation became even more tangible through a powerful message by Chrystal Evans Hurst titled “Write It Down.” It was a confirmation that the Wind of God has been underneath this journey all along.
Write. Heal. Share. – Your Story Matters.
The Holy Spirit impressed this theme on my heart for the year, and it continues to unfold with greater clarity:
WRITE.
Writing is more than putting words on paper—it is remembering. It is documenting the faithfulness of God, even in seasons when we weren’t fully walking with Him. Through journaling, reflection, blogging, and podcasting, we pay attention to our lives and preserve the evidence of God’s hand at work.
HEAL.
God reveals Himself as Jehovah Rapha—the Lord who heals—in Book of Exodus 15:26. He restores physical, emotional, and spiritual brokenness. Healing is not only about mending wounds; it is about making us whole. It is about regulating our nervous systems, restoring our souls, and aligning our hearts with His peace.
SHARE.
Part of the healing process is testimony. When the Holy Spirit creates a safe space for us to share our stories, shame loses its grip. What once felt private and painful becomes a pathway for someone else’s breakthrough.
The deeper question remains: Are we doing everything in our power to fulfill the assignment the Lord has given us?
God has given us bold courage for such a time as this. He grants discernment for every season and orders our steps, lighting our path with clarity. Some doors He will open for us to walk through. Others may require holy boldness to knock down.
While I may not always know if I am doing enough, my heart’s desire is clear—to remain in His will and to keep doing the work. This Spiritual Shift is not about striving harder; it’s about trusting deeper, persevering faithfully, and believing that what God began, He will bring to completion.
Keep writing.
Keep healing.
Keep sharing.
Your story matters.
